Anderson Valley is not just the home of some of the United States' most compelling Pinot Noirs, it is also the home of some exciting wines in an Alsatian style. Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, you'll find these grown here, but at this festival you'll find producers from around the world in attendance, showcasing their versions of Alsace wine--from the Pacific Northwest to New Zealand, and Germany to, yes, Alsace.
